I recently switched from a Pixel 8 Pro to the S25+, and since the switch I have not been getting notifications from work profile apps. The only exception is that I receive meeting reminders from Outlook, but I do not receive email notifications or notifications from Teams.
I have already turned off battery optimization in the Company Portal app and made sure that notifications are turned on for my work apps in settings.
This is a major problem for me and I'll have to ditch the S25+ pretty quickly if I can't this this resolved.
I believe so. I was definitely asked to turn on notifications when I set up the work profile. How do I confirm this? Is there an option within settings?
I believe this is an issue from 08/2024. I switched from S22U to S24U and Galaxy Watch 5 to Watch 7 and now I cannot get Outlook or TEAMS either. Teams doesn't even come up in the Watch App Store. This is the sole reason that I have a smart watch and currently it's just a watch. 😞
