Galaxy S25Have you recently updated your device to the latest monthly update (March security patch)? If not check and update that. Then go the Settings/Apps/Phone and click on storage, then clear the cache. Then close everything, then press and hold both the volume down and the power buttons at the same until you get the power off or restart phone etc and just click restart.
As soon as the screen goes black press and hold both the volume up and the power buttons at the same time until you see the recovery screen. Using the volume rocker to make choices, move the highlight to "Wipe cache partition" and hit the power button, then use the volume again to choose "Yes" and hit the power button. It should default to "Reboot system now" and click the power button.
Either test it after that or wait again until the do not disturb is active while sleeping and see if that did anything.
As a suggestion, I also recommend downloading from the Galaxy store the Good Guardians app and install the "Galaxy App Booster" plugin and run that, especially after device updates or installing/uninstalling apps.

Galaxy S25Do not disturb does not mean no call will get to your phone, call list, or voicemail. It only means calls you aren't specifically allowing will not ring and disturb your silence. What you are essentially doing is allowing only those calls you want to get to *ring* and to give you a notification alert if you miss the call. If you want them to show no notification at all, you have to set your spam controls to block all spam and scam calls and calls from unknown numbers. They will still get through to your phone, will be recorded in your call log and may fill your voicemailbox, but you will receive no notifications.
