New battery icon is absolutely awful - One UI 7 / April patch update

New battery icon is way too big / fat in the latest beta release. Please change it back asap.

Update: if beta users complained that previous icon was too small to read how about giving us an option to choose or make the actual pill smaller a bit?

You can fix this battery issue updating oneui8 beta. Samsung has started releasing the third beta update of One UI 8 for the Galaxy S25 series.

I totally hate it and can't even see what the charge level is. The old one was perfect

Hi Thanks for the feedback Samsung often considers user input for UI tweaks in future updates so hopefully options for battery icon size or style will be added soon
