My activities and interests greyed out in Finder settings?

Why is my activities and interests greyed out when I look at the Finder settings? Is there something else in Customization Service that needs to be enabled?

@Matomic Have you tried clicking on it? The color just looks like it is due to the color choices you have set up. It doesn't look unselectable.

Yeah I tried clicking it and nothing. There are 3 total for me in the settings app: frequently visited places, commute times, and the app and settings preferences.

That is not the finder settings, that is the One UI Home in the customization service. Show a screenshot of your Finder settings, since the title says that this is greyed in finder settings, though the screenshot provided does not reference that. Like this one (note my CS is turned off)...
