Low light photos/videos are poor quality

Samsung S25 Ultra-

Low Light photo/video quality is very poor, no colours are seen in picture n poor colors in video in below scenarios

1. Cloudy weather 

2. Dim light 

All my phone n camera settings are accurate and as per the recommendations.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open camera

2. Click photo n video

@SamsungUser143 Do you have a dual mount that allows you to take simultaneous photos with the 2 devices? 

The reason I ask is because the expressions on all 4 people in the 2 photos is identical. They were either taken at exactly the same time, or you are just editing the photo for one of the examples.

Did you use a low light setting? Also it's tough to compare when we dont know the iPhone setting.

I already complain to Samsung and their engineer said this is not an issue lol. So, they will never fix this low light performance. Either you change to another brand or just suck it up.
