Location issue

On betmgm it keeps telling me they cannot confirm my location, telling me to turn on precise location but and it's on but they are telling me it's not or something along those lines can anyone help with this . Also my internet provider at home is Hughesnet

Do you have precise location on so that it gets that info from GPS?

It's possible that the app has a bug or needs to be updated. Have you tried reaching out to the people who publish it?
