Issue with Over-Saturated Colors and Halo Effect on Video Calls

Hello,

I’ve noticed an issue when making video calls on my Galaxy S25. The colors on my end appear overly saturated, especially the sky, which looks unnaturally bright blue, almost teal. However, the area around my hair seems to retain the correct sky color, creating a strange halo effect.

It seems like the camera processing is selectively altering colors, which makes the image look unnatural and inconsistent. This happens across different apps, so it doesn’t seem to be an app-specific issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting to adjust the color processing for video calls, or could this be a software issue that needs fixing?

Thanks

I'd say the problem is the background behind you.

You can't be serious? My S23 didn't do that.

Anyways, I'm reporting this issue in hopes to get a formal reply from Samsung, but thanks.

I video call everyday indoor and outdoor using Google Meet and don't have any of these issues! That's ALOT of sun though you have in your background!

It's the picture. The sky is bright, but no direct sunlight, in real life it actually looks more like the color around my hair.

My S23 didn't do that.
