The in-calling volume is low on my phone. I have troubleshooted most of what I know how to do; increasing the call volume to maximum, etc. However, when I do a diagnostic to ensure the phone is running efficiently, I can barely hear the in-calling test. It's audible, but very low. The media volume, when tested, is high and clear. I have removed cases, cleaned the speaker (located at the top of the device) and yet, the testing volume is still barely audible. Once I answer an in-calling call, I can hear the other end, whether it's on speaker or not, but I've noticed that even then, the volume, when pushed to max, is not as loud as other Samsung devices I've owned in the past . However, I'm concerned as to why, when testing the in-calling volume, it's barely audible. Any ideas? Suggestions?

It's not super loud. I'll have mine all the way up and if it's not. By my ear, I won't hear it. Every phone I've had it's the same volume.

I have the same problem. when I do a diagnostic to ensure the phone is running efficiently, I can barely hear the in-calling test. It's audible, but very low. The media volume, when tested, is high and clear.

Is it a bug in S25 or is it supposed to be like this?

Mine is just then opposite, super loud and I have to turn the volume slider way down.
