Getting "Message blocking is active" whenever sending texts to family members

I have been trying to text my family members and keep getting "message blocking is active."  I have checked with them to see if they accidentally blocked or have "do not disturb" accidentally activated, but they do not.  They both have Samsung phones, that are about 2-4 years old.  I have also checked my own phone, S25 Ultra, and have not activated any of these either.  I have updated and restarted my phone, but I still get the same message of "message blocking is active."  What do I do now?  Thanks in advance!

I'm using Samsung messages, my husband and son are using Google messages, and we are all on the same Tmobile plan.  I can text my friends with no problem.  I included the screenshot of the messaging app that I am using.

Honestly, the easiest fix is switching to Google Messages!

BTW, Do Not Disturb doesn't prevent anyone from sending you a message. It just blocks the sound or vibration of the notification. The sender gets no indication that the receiver has DND enabled.

So thank you to everyone who replied to this post.  I figured out the problem was that I was using multimedia text option and did not have the chat option activated for RCS messaging.  Apparently my family members were using Google messages and I am using Samsung messages and they must not be compatible using the multimedia texting option from Samsung messages to Google messages.  When I turned on the chat function, my messages were no longer blocked.
