Does anyone know how i can enable RCS in the Samsung messages app? Trying to find it and I can't.

That is certainly your choice, but if RCS is a feature you want, you will not get it in Samsung Messages  (or any other messaging app other than Google Messages).

Here's what I understand about RCS, so don't take my words as definitive.

Other than the carrier supporting it, and your message/chat app supporting it, you can only disable RCS (in other words, to limit a conversation to SMS) for specified contacts.
RCS is automatic as long as...
โ–ช๏ธŽ Both parties' phones can send and receive RCS.
โ–ช๏ธŽ Both parties have data service or Internet. In fact, being connected to a Wi-Fi access point will further facilitate RCS.

I believe they took a lot of features out of Samsung Messages due to them trying to push everybody over to Google Messages. You can still send regular SMS text threads on Samsung messages, but they won't be RCS. At least within the setting, The RCS settings are no longer available. I gave up a long time ago, & accepted the gate of having to use Google Messages.

Hey, if you don't care about end-to-end encryption of messages (you lived without it all this time), you can stick to Samsung Messages and just text via SMS.  Some people will not be able to communicate with you because they don't know to turn on the "resend as SMS" setting, and you will likely not be able to communicate with iPhone users (although, I don't understand why this is an issue, since I have never, ever, NOT been able to send or receive texts to/from iPhone users, although I have ALWAYS used Google Messages).

You cant. Samsung itself has mentioned multiple times that if you want things like RCS you need to move over to Google messages

Samsung is dropping a lot of their apps in favor of just taking on Google's RCS is unfortunately one of those things it does not have and its messages anymore you need to use Google messages for that if that's something that's really important to you

If they want me to move to Google messages, they need to apply the **bleep** theme to Google messages app like it does for the samsung app!!

That is something you have to take up with Google, as it's their app.  You don't *have* to move to Google, only if you want to use RCS, or communicate with iPhone users.  Samsung themes will only apply to Samsung apps, not third party apps. Google allows for limited color themes for individual chats.
