Let me start off by saying, I have had my phone for about 7 months and haven't had any issues. Until..... last night I had dropped my phone MAYBE 2 foot not even. It was on my night stand and my dog got hooked to my charging cord and pulled it down. I didn't think anything of it. My phone is in a very sturdy clear case. I get to work this morning flip my phone over and notice my entire back is cracked! Like, spiderweb cracked from the right bottom corner going halfway up my phone diagonally. WHAT THE HECK! I know the back is made of glass, but I thought this was supposed to be some extra sturdy gorilla something or another. 😅 I'm mad! Thankfully I have insurance, but take this as your warning to be extra cautious.
The back of my NOTE20 Ultra was cracked and I didn't notice until I removed the case to trade it in. I think it was cracked for 6 months because it likely happened on a ride at a theme park we were 6 months earlier. Good news is it held up and didn't cause issues. Also was not dinged on trade in value.
