I bought s25 ultra two days ago and I notice that phone rattles when haptics are set to high intensity. Has anyone experienced this and answers would help thanks.
Defects are possible since some of the mechanisms on these types of devices require precision placement of parts. I myself have never experienced any rattling at all on any of my ultra devices (the S25U is my 3rd), though it is not abnormal for there to be minor rattling from the camera OIS.
One thing I have found if that when contents haptics feedback happens randomly, it typically happens when not looking at the phone. A person could be holding their device in their hand at their side while an app is active (unintentionally or not) that when touched makes vibration like it is erratically typing or activating a feature. I any case, glad you got it sorted.
