Bitmojis not appearing in messages app

Bitmoji's are no longer appearing in my messages app.  I have tried all the online solutions, but none of them work.  I have an S25 Ultra phone and I think this may be related to the latest samsung update.  Can anyone shed any light on this?

I have Samsung S24 and this solution didn't bring up bitmoji on my phone. Only other stuff which is **bleep**. So frustrating.  I hate updates. It was something I used all the time 😔

My bitmoji is no longer connecting on my Samsung keyboard. I have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing is working. It just keeps loading and I have since updated my bitmoji look and it won't show that on the icon either. I'm just baffled. I have the S23

You have to go into your settings and turn on your snapchat keyboard - it is under general management in your settings - i dont like the snapchat keyboard - but i wanted my bitmoji back

I found the solution and I have S24 and ran into same problem....

Setting>General Mangement> keyboard settings>default keyboard says samsung> make sure suggest pictures is on and click it, make sure bitmoji is is on.
