This applies to the front camera. The back camera shouldn't be flipping the photo. You're talking about the camera, on the side with no screen, flipping the photo? As for the warping, I'm not sure if that would be happening because of intelligent optimization so I'm not sure what to recommend other than disabling that feature. It only applies to photo mode, though.
