Galaxy S25It is not an error or bug with its random movement. That is actually an accessibility feature so that it can be moved around for easy access, even when placed on the edge. I no longer use it though I know it is very much needed for those who have dexterity issues, etc and the AM is very helpful. I only used it before UI 7 because it had to be active to be able to use the tap to answer phone calls, was not native to the phone settings.
When I had it on the edge I used minimal functions so the pop up applet of controls does not spread out so much. I also kept it located on the edge where my finger rarely or never touched that area. For me since my left hand mostly holds the device, I placed the icon near the top left of the screen. I then set the touchpad control to small, cursor to medium and I never adjusted it speed. Now while from time to time it did get moved by unintentional touches, for the most part, it was always where I wanted it.

Galaxy S25Even if you leave it alone, sometimes you leave it there, but when you click to open the menu, the menu will automatically moving to another position near the bottom of the screen and it can sometimes cause you to have mistouch and it actually has been inherited from One UI 4
