Any way to make the "status bar" larger? I replaced my Galaxy S23+ with a Galaxy S25+ and am starting to regret it. The "status bar" is much easier to see in the "older" model. Especially the battery charge graph.

Unfortunately, there's no way to make the status bar appreciably larger. You can try screen zoom in display settings, but that will make everything bigger.

It doesn't make the status area bigger!

The only real option is to put a battery widget on your homescreen!

Unfortunately, there’s currently no direct way in One UI to make just the status bar larger. Samsung doesn’t include an option to adjust its size independently, and while increasing Screen Zoom or Font Size in display settings can make overall UI elements a bit bigger, it won’t specifically help with the icons or battery graph in the status bar.

If your main concern is visibility of the battery level, using a battery widget on your home screen (like the one built into the Samsung Device Care widget) is a solid workaround.

Hopefully in a future update Samsung will consider adding more accessibility or scaling options for the status bar. It’s a good feature request if visibility is getting harder on newer models.

Why did they change it?  Battery charge in upper right corner is much more visible in my Galaxy 23+
