I hit spam by mistake in Samsung email and now I can't find or get the email. I have over 500 blocked emails so that might be part of it. Is there any way that I could unblock this. I do not see the sender listed in my 500 spam list. thanks
I think the problem is, since I had 500 emails in the spam list it did not get added to that list it just disappeared. Does that sound how things work? And if that's the case then I guess there's nothing I can do because there's no way to mark that email to take it off the list. This is why I'm posting here because I'm baffled by this I've never really had a problem before. I think this might be my first post
Only thing I can think to do is Uninstall Samsung Email and reinstall it that should remove them all but you would have to re setup your email

That's what it sounds like normally after 500 they vanish I've seen from other posts in the past

In case anyone with any power to make changes is reading this, I mentioned this 3 years ago when they made this change to the app, but if you put the "Mark as unread" on top instead of the "Mark as spam" that would be better and prevent this type of error
The ones with power to make change are not reading this. They are the developers and programmers and the way to get the change considered is to send feedback through the feedback link in the support tab of the Members app or through the "contact us" link in the "about" settings of the app.
