I am trying the 8.5 and it looks like it's really good the only problem I'm having is battery

I can never get them, samsung is horrible when it comes to betas updates

When you download a beta, just as with any other update, the battery has to relearn your usage patterns.  So give it a week or so and if the issue persists, report it in the beta forums as @Pianodude58 said.
