I have had intermittent network drops, no signal, no network. I only had an e sim, went to an official t mobile store & they could not went through the same network settings as i did, power cycled and shrugged. they gave me a physical sim card, I turned off e sim & my phone seemed ok for abt 2 hours and now it's the same issue. for days, I mostly survive on wifi, but I'm on vacation. when I return to work, this will be a problem.
I have put it in airplane mode, I have turned it off and on, data is not turned off, I am paid up, unlimited data, have tried both switching network & staying true to carrier, there's no know outages & i have reset network signal manually. I want to factory reset phone, but I am afraid I might not be able to restore network!
yeah unfortunately ultimately had to get t mobile on phone tech support to remote reset the signal. it worked out and stopped as soon as I hung up my other phone. I put it on airplane mode & turned it completely off and turned it back on as a whim. waited 5 minutes & turned data back on. it's been up abt 3 hours now.
