Weather requiring precise location

So now your weather app is trying to force me to use precise location. Why? You have a zip code that should be plenty!?

 Take this away and stop snooping to sell our data! Else another greedy app deleted, unfortunate

You can use a different weather app. I've never been prompted to use precise location for weather.

Precise location data is utilized for local real-time precipitation and other important weather alerts.

Precise location allows for more accurate forecasts within a 1 KM radius of your location. Having had a tornado make it's way through our neighborhood a couple years ago, the difference between the devastating damage in the tornados path vs other parts of the zip code were night and day.
