Galaxy S24This happens all the time where my watch goes into power saving mode during the night and then the next day I'm bombarded with health warnings about how I only got an hour of sleep last night. I got 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, thanks. Surely if we have the technology to analyze my sleep the system should be able to identify when it's just not recording because the battery was low. Give me a useful message like hey try charging the watch battery before bed, not, your health is at serious risk from lack of sleep. I know it let's me give a thumbs up or down to the messages but I can't share why the message is useless. And I can add a manual sleep record but it doesn't stop giving me sleep advice all day long and it makes me really frustrated that the system can't account for a dead battery and at least trust the manual record i entered. Flag it as not recorded or something...

Galaxy S24You need to have at least 30% power on the watch before sleep. It's been clearly stated in the instructions. Besides the health functions, the watch backs up and looks for updates at night. Aim for more like 40. With 35% you should not wake up in power saving mode. Get in the habit of checking your battery level about an hour before bed, and if your battery is below 40% give it a booster charge for a half hour. Also, charge your watch every morning after you wake, while doing your morning stuff. Also, check your power saving settings to make sure the health features are not limited when it goes into PS mode (there is a slider to disable this). If you don't want notifications, turn off notifications from the health app or enable categories and slide off notifications you don't want.
It is sometimes unavoidable that the watch goes into power saver mode, but you should not frequently let the battery go too low.
