Galaxy S24I attempted to follow the instructions for clearing Bluetooth cache as described here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209182/
However, the "clear cache" button is greyed out. As a result, I am unable to clear the Bluetooth cache.

Galaxy S24I don't want to do that because it will erase all my stored WiFi passwords.

Galaxy S24Well, your alternative would be to not have connectivity. You are unable to clear the cache in the app because they don't want you mucking up the works. System apps are hidden for a reason and many of the controls are disabled for that same reason.
You can re-establish your wi-fi connections as needed. You should have the wi-fi passwords notated somewhere. Or ask for the password when you need to reconfigure the network. You should know your own. After you do a network reset, you can always go to your cloud backup and selectively choose to restore only the settings, which will restore your wi-fi network configurations.

Galaxy S24If Samsung has detailed steps for clearing the cache, it should be possible to follow them.

Galaxy S24Yeah, but Samsung neglected to mention that the clear cache on that app is disabled. It may have been possible in earlier UI versions, who knows when that help article was written or updated. They have tightened down many system settings with newer updates.
