When I am attempting to navigate out of apps using the navigation bar at the bottom of my screen, it doesn't let me out of the app that I'm currently viewing unless I lock my phone and then unlock it first. Its really annoying and has only started happening since this last update. A similar issue has happened to me years before in the past after an update and someone provided a fix for the issue. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Power off your phone. While powered down press power button and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates and you see the Samsung logo, let go of buttons and you will be in the bootloader menu, using volume buttons for scrolling and the power button for Yes, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition, press power, scroll to Yes, power for Yes, Reboot press power.
