I really am having problems with the syncing of this phone. my old android had none at all but with Samsung..... I feel as if I have lost control of my settings. When I try to follow suggested links, they do not represent the display that I am seeing. I have gone into the different applications and account settings but cannot figure out a way to change what I am being told should help me.
I am conferring with Microsoft and Samsung but the directions do not concur with each other. Very frustrating. Am not interested in using Google as I am already paying a subscription to 365 because I use it with my pc.
If I delete the Samsung account on my phone will l loose all the capabilities I now have with camera, photos, messaging, etc.?
