Silencing SPAM calls?

Is there a way to silence Spam calls? Ever since I switched to AT&T I get so many spam calls!! They dont always say Spam but any unknown #'s are most likely SPAM. Is there any thing to help?

I just answer them and say 'iz zom ting Wong?' Then I hang up 😂
