Screen becomes unresponsive.

I bought this new s24fe but one thing I'm worried about is that the screen becomes kinda unresponsive when kept on flat surface or on a stand but as soon as I pick it up it works perfectly fine.

I dug into the issue and I kinda guess its because of capacitance. But I want ask all of u is it a normal thing or should I replace it.

That doesn't seem normal. I would have it looked at maybe.
