Is Samsung Messages going to get RCS? I kinda rather use it more than Google, but it doesn't support RCS.

Samsung messages having RCS is carrier dependent. It is also dependent with some carriers whether you purchased the phone through them and not Samsung directly.

Only phone companies that don't support rcs on samsung messages are at&t and Verizon

Samsung messages is being phased out. It's not preinstalled on new devices.

I have read a uodate is coming with some changes i would think rcs may be included

I think it depends on your carrier. Are you on Verizon?
