Galaxy S24
The Darling Bride is in a walking group and bought the Watch 8 just for the extra battery life (her Watch 7 was dismal). However, she's particularly aggravated that, even though her watch and S24 Ultra are synced together, the step count is always different on the two devices. It's as if they can never agree on how many steps she's done that day!
I've cleared Samsung Health cache and ensured everything is synced together.
It reminds me of the old proverb: "a man with one watch always knows what time it is... a man with two watches is never sure." In all seriousness, does anyone here know why the step counts won't sync when everything else does; and how to resolve the discrepancy?

Galaxy S24@The_Chief Try this:
- Open Samsung Health on your phone
- Click on Steps
- Click the 3 dots in upper right
- Select "Select step data to show"
- Click on "All steps"
This will combine the counts from the devices correctly into one total.

Thank you, I checked her settings and "All steps" was already selected. We've been in a convention for a couple of days but, even today, her watch shows 4,547 steps and her phone shows 4,537 steps. Same Samsung Health, they're constantly paired with each other... some days it's off by hundreds of steps. I'm at a loss of what else to do to fix it.
