Samsung DEX not working since One UI 7 update

I use DEX on my samsung TV's all the time but ever since the One UI 7 update, I can't access DEX. 

Anyone have any suggestions?

I would like Dex restored to Windows, too. The Windows solution is slow, and clunky, and lags way too much, killing productivity. I am effectively left without an option for linking my phone to my PC.
