S24 ultra not showing Samsung cloud back up option

Under accounts and backup settings it does not show samsung cloud to be able to use to back up the phone.

I never used Samsung Cloud backup until just now, my S25U unlocked on Verizon backed up everything except photos.

Photos don't backup to Samsung Cloud anymore.

Someone reported the same behavior. An unlocked device on Verizon initially worked but then suddenly Samsung Cloud was gone. So just be prepared if it disappears.

I am not worried because I have a backup on a thumb drive and my computer. I don't use cloud backups. I just tried to see if I could.

Not on my unlocked on Verizon, I just did it. I don't do cloud backups. I use a computer and a thumb drive

Hello br0beWanKenobi, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with not being able to use Samsung Cloud backup.

As mentioned by @LongHiker, Verizon does not allow Samsung Cloud backups, and the Samsung Cloud backup is limited to Samsung apps and will not back up photos.
