I sent in a phone to be repaired on 5/23. I waited two weeks thinking I would get something back. By the third week this is getting ridiculous! I canceled the repair on 6/13, if the phone was going to be repaired it would have happened by now. Waiting for them to just ship the phone back now! I will NEVER send in another phone to be repaired through Samsung. I thought the official way would be simply the best, ship in a phone, wait a week or two and get it back, certainly not this long!!

Galaxy S24I had an S24+ with a defective motherboard โ repaired and received back within a week. Nearly a month for repair is definitely not the norm.

Galaxy S24If you are a Care+ customer, you can still make a claim and set up an appointment with a Samsung service center.
I hope you can get all this sorted! I know how frustrating it is to go without your primary device.

Definitely haha, learned the hard way this time! Unfortunately the warranty expired in February and I don't have Samsung care+, now I'm waiting for them to ship it back to now take it to a local shop. It seems to take a while to even have them get around to shipping it back ๐ญ The whole time I'd call in and they said the screen was fixed, but failing quality inspection.. how many times was that cycle going to happen? It was over a week in the same status; felt like nothing was ever getting done. Oh well, I've had enough of their games!
