Since the update changes when I use my camera to scan a QR code, it directs to a samsung note instead of where it should go which is typically the web. I do have the qr code setting enabled. It does pop-up on the screen but tapping it only copiesn t to a to note.

I also used to be able to tap on phone numbers and in steadnof copying and then pasting in the phone app, I would get a call prompt. I no longer get this either and have to copy and paste all phone numbers. Is this a setting somewhere I cannot find?

Have you cleared cache & data for the camera and phone apps?

Have you cleared device cache? Could be some "crossed wires," so to speak, between the old OS and new OS:

1) Turn off your device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.

3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."

4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."

6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.

No, only cached system files from the old OS. All user data stays intact.

Long press on the app icon. Tap the "i" and go to storage. You can clear cache & data there.
