My phone is no longer accepting the correcting PIN after my Intune work profile was removed from the phone. After researching it seems to be encryption/decryption key desynchronization. I'm well aware that I need to do a factory reset. I did not have insurance. I was not backing photos and videos to the cloud. It is not user negligence. I took the phone to UbreakIFix as instructed, nothing else wrong with the phone. How do I talk to someone that might care to extend a credit or goodwill offer? Nobody seems to care or be able to do anything. I've been transferred to technical support to Sales to Knox(that had nothing to do with Samsung phones). I've been a Samsung user since the S2. This is ridiculous and I think I just might make the switch to iPhone.

Sounds like the Intune MDM was removed improperly on your employers backend. What most likely happened was they have it set on the backend to lock the device if intune was removed. Some companies do this so any lingering company data (documents, ect) can't be shared and forces you to wipe the device for security reasons. That's why I always tell people to never use their primary personal phone for work if the company has MDM. Hopefully you have everything set to automatically back up to either your Google or Samsung account.

Yes it was forcefully removed because I did actually forget that PIN. Yeah my lesson learned is to get a work phone. If you're familiar, when they have such a setting, would it still go through the motions of allowing me to enter a pin? Or a hard lock that just doesn't let you do anything? I'm still able to enter my pin every 24 hours.

I'm pretty sure it will still let you try to enter a PIN, but the MDM could have changed it to lock out the phone. Try contacting IT and see if they have the PIN or if they can help.
