Phonak Bluetooth Hearing Aids

I'm trying to determine which is the issue. One Ui8 Android 16 on my S24 Ultra, Bluetooth or the hearing aids.

They both show connected in the Phonak app. I reconnected per their instructions.

One I hear sound, the right one, the left one no sound . They show connected in Bluetooth and set for streaming etc.

I've used Phonak for years and it seemed to appear recently.

I'll send in a report file to Samsung first and see if there are any Bluetooth issues.

Then if nothing, I'll try the audiologist next.

I wear Phonak hearing aids too but I am still on UI7. My update isn't due until next month. I will keep track to see what is causing your issue.

It was me, wax guard was clogged up.
