I am not personally aware of how/where to get leaked internal builds.

I have not looked into it because it is unethical, extremely risky, and strongly advised against.

Sideloading unreleased software is a great way to potentially brick your device.

I have a s25 ultra and it still don't have the 8.5 update

That's because it's still in beta testing

8.5 has not been released yet. It is currently only available to specific S25 models (factory unlocked with model #s ending in U1) through the beta program.

No worries. I understand that other carriers used to participate in betas, but that was quite some time ago. T-Mo is the only one left that allows their locked devices to participate.
