Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

The S23 is very good. I would not recommend upgrading. UI 6.1 (which is currently just on the s24) will end up on the 23 Ultra and some older devices. In other words, some of the AI features that are on the 24 Ultra right now, most likely will be on the 23 Ultra in the near future.

I would say no. With the S23 Ultra you have the full functionality of Vivid mode and Natural mode on your device. S24 devices currently don't have this. Many S24 Ultra purchasers are currently looking to return there S24 to purchase the S23 which are priced in some cases more than the S24.

If you have the ultra don't expect that dramatic of a shift. Matte displays don't display colors like a Glossy display. You may still be disappointed. Just search Matte vs Glossy. S24 AND plus are Glossy while the Ultra is Matte.

If thru were able to reproduce Glossy Colors on a Matte display they would make billions and they wouldn't put it on a phone first. It would be on TVs and Monitors and a lot of professionals would pay $$$$

Thanks. Only thing that bothers me is that the paint on my phone is startimg to chip off. I have a otterbox defender case and take the phone out once in a week just to wipe it down. Anyone else have this same problem with their s23u?

I wouldn't. I have a the galaxy s23 ultra and the s24 is basically the same thing. Plus the s24 don't have vivid or natural mode.

Nope. I'm not having NEARLY as much fun as I should be... You will get 5 years of updates, and after the Camera update it functioned Beautifully (23U).
-The Display on S23U is SO Bright I'd have to turn down to 5 mm. This Display needs Almost 1/2 way to be that bright, yeas on same settings.
-6.1 UI is on both devices, 23U & 24U
-"Object Eraser" is BROKED 💔
-PS, if you like going naked, the phone is easier to hold. Personally, I NEVER use my phone without protection on Screen & good case.

Relax in your decision. It will be the right one for you ❤️

I'd say no do not upgrade if your using your phone for games from google play store. Constant in game crashes and log in freezes. No samsung reps in those threads giving a ounce of information. Please check those threads before you upgrade. " samsung s24 keeps crashing in game apps"

Honestly, the display looks washed out, even in vivid. If they fix it, then yes.

Not really. It's almost never worth it to upgrade every year unless you are just super into having the new tech.
