Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Order page says:

"Arrives before official release on 25/01/2024 Express Shipping Delivery"

But it hasn't even shipped yet, so no clue how that's gonna happen.... case and screen protector arrived today. Hope it isn't delayed or something. I got in on the pre-order pretty quick.

From my experience, we usually get them a day or 2 early. Back in the day, preorders used to come a week early. I figure it'll be here by the 29th at the latest

Keep in mind that these phones cannot reach you any sooner than the 31st because that is the actual release date of the s24. I know people think that they will get them early but that never happens and if someone says it does happen or it has happened they're not telling you the truth. This is an agreement that Samsung has with their retailers and those agreements would breach contracts and cause legal matters. You will not receive your phone until the 31st at the earliest

I'm not lying I've ordered every update for years and it pretty much always comes a few days before the expected arrival/ release date.

@Outlawsgt1 , apparently you were mistaken and coming to the wrong conclusion.  I get my S24 on the the 26th of January.

Uhm... I have preordered several Samsung phones in the past, and almost always have them in hand a few days (2) before the release date.  Think of it like this, they see us as retailers, and retailers need to have their inventory BEFORE the release date in order to have them on the shelf in time.  Mine also updated to show 1/26 as the expected receipt date.
