Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Here is my stuff:

- Date ordered: Jan 20th

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.): Samsung.com

- Unlocked or Carrier variant: Unlocked

- Model, storage capacity:512GB Titanium Green

- You can share your trade-in info, if you want: None

- Estimated delivery date: Jan 25th

The 1TB version in Canada had no discounts, but the 512GB had "Double your storage on us", so I opted for this version instead. The 1TB version was over $500.00 CDN more than the 512GB!

As for Samsung.com, they have extended the sale for an extra 6 days here. 

Am I expecting it by the 25th NO. As of this writing, it hasn't been shipped yet.

I'm still trying to order an S24 Ultra trading a Note 10 plus but my orders keep getting cancelled, they tell me they couldn't verify my billing address even though there is nothing wrong with it. Have spoken to like 10 people from customer support none seem to be able to help me with my order. Do you have any input on this ?

That is truly sad.  I can't figure out Samsung.  Some orders go in smoothly and some are tragedies.

update on this: after hours of talking with customer support, in the end I placed my order. The problem was ultimately samsung being unable to verify my university email address. Nobody had any idea what was the issue...

Ordered Jan 17th, via Samsung.com, unlocked, 512gb Titanium black, traded-in S23 ultra, est. ship by Jan 31st.

I got my tracking info about an hour ago, it shipped via UPS delivery, expected January 26!

Also the date of my return changed from February 2nd to February 8th.

Guess I ordered mine too soon on the 17th.  Mine is still being processed but expected by January 31st.
