No longer able to text in group chat using Samsung messages?

All my settings are correct!

Out of nowhere I cannot text in my group chats😒 it's telling me to switch to the Google messenger but I don't want to nor do i like the Google messenger. My text box is not even showing up for group text messages. Is there anyways to fix this without switching to Google messenger?

I can do the same thing. Send individual texts but not with the group. My messages says it failed to send

This error message is common when someone in the group is an iPhone user.

Add this to the list of new frustrations w my Samsung. Love my phone but never had any of these issues with the OP! .. time to switch back? Might have to.. cant deal w this , work moves too fast to add phone headaches to the pile of stress..

Correct, unfortunately. I love everything about Samsung Messages BUT it seems that Samsung, who themselves recommend using Google Messages, as it is the primary Default messaging app when one gets a new phone (at least that's what I experienced), are NOT supporting Samsung Messages anymore with updates to bring it up to speed that would make it possible to send group texts, larger sized video clips and other multimedia.
