Galaxy S24I've tried everything from resetting the mobile network, duplicating the APN, adding dun. I've also tested the hotspot on a different phone and it works. It's just not connecting on my S24+.
If I'm connected to the wifi the hotspot works but when I try to use it with my data it keeps giving Temporary Network Error.
I've contacted my service provider and they they referred me to Samsung.
Can anyone assist?

Galaxy S24Hey thanks for your replay.
I've tried switching my sim card to a two different phones that doesn't have the UI8 and it works. So I don't believe it's my plan. I did also contact my carrier and they confirmed that my plan does have hotspot.
Will try a full reset.

I did a factory reset, and it's still not working. Are there any other options, or is there a direct way to contact Samsung?
