I've tried everything from resetting the mobile network, duplicating the APN, adding dun. I've also tested the hotspot on a different phone and it works. It's just not connecting on my S24+.
If I'm connected to the wifi the hotspot works but when I try to use it with my data it keeps giving Temporary Network Error.
I've contacted my service provider and they they referred me to Samsung.
You cannot use hotspot at the same time with wifi on the s24+. And if it connects. That means your plan does not include hotspot. If you do subscribe to hotspot on the s24+. Perform a full reset of your phone. Thats what samsung will tell you to do. If that doesnt work. Reach out directly to them. Just make sure your plan includes hotspot.
I've tried switching my sim card to a two different phones that doesn't have the UI8 and it works. So I don't believe it's my plan. I did also contact my carrier and they confirmed that my plan does have hotspot.
