I don't want them. I never asked for them. It's outrageous that these are forced into my phone every other day - without even being asked or able to remove them.
So please: how do I get rid of all AI on my phone I paid for? Of all vendors - Samsung, Google or wherever. I don't want avatars and I don't need to change my photos to weird comic styles.
And no, I am not interested in minor privacy settings that change details about their function. I don't want it need them at all. I'm sure Samsung is aware that there are many customers like me.
Unfortunately, you probably did not read the terms and conditions when you purchased your phone or you signed up for any cellular service. Yes, you paid for the phone and you own the hardware. , Samsung and Google on the software and in those terms and conditions it expressly states that you give complete authorization to allow updates, including AI, at any time. Yes you can delay them, but you cannot turn them off. Meaning, the AI functions are going to on your phone regardless if you want them there or not.
That Samsung mentions this abuse of their customer's devices in some terms and conditions doesn't help me or make Samsung's behavior better in any way.
I believe that people buy S series phones *because* they have these features. AI is a known included feature of S series phones. There are lower model phones that don't have it, so you don't have to "pay" for what you don't use. The AR zone features are on all phones, but they do not have to be used. So, if you bought an S series phone, expecting not to have AI, you didn't do proper research before purchase. I don't think you will find a phone from any brand on the market today that does not include at least some AI features.
