Just upgraded and all my new pictures are saving on phone and Google pics. Filling up my Google memory. Is there a way to choose just device memory? If I erase on Google pics it also erases device picture. Please help

Go into the Google photos app settings and turn off backup. This will prevent them from backing up to Google. However, I recommend that you back your pictures up somewhere so you don't lose them

If you still have issues with it syncing you need to contact Google directly for further assistance.

Galaxy S24It is not working for me.
Even with this option switched off, the photos still being backup in the google photos.
