Galaxy S24
Hello. My camera settings have changed. From saving my pics as JPEG to now HEIC or something like that. I don't know why this happened. Could it have anything to do with this recent update? My google photos are saving like this too. How do I change my pic setting back to JPEG. I can no longer upload my pics to a site I use due to this change.

Galaxy S24Open your camera, go to settings and make sure High efficiency pictures is off. Once that is off, your pictures will automatically be saved as .jpg. None of the pictures you took already in HEIC format will revert. You will have to use a converter app, to change them back, or find an app that will display them in that format. A workaround might be to bring the image up in the gallery, take a screenshot (which will be .jpg) and delete the original image.

The gallery editing app will now allow you to save as a jpeg. When you're in editing mode, tap on the three dots of the upper right, and then click on save as JPEG.
