Okay so my Galaxy s24 Ultra through Verizon was stolen from me after it died and I went and tried to paint it last location and it's magically no longer on my Samsung account or my registered products nor is it on my Google account and I can't figure out how possibly got removed from out of those accounts
I've seen posts in other forms where it appears Samsung is making major changes to the members app, including the registered products pages. This might be a result of that Fallout.
Definitely not the case here because it is also removed from my Google account somehow it being the phone in question. I don't quite understand how someone without my password and Authentication protocols could remove the FRP lock Etc. But mainly I'm concerned about why my device no longer populates in my 'devices' page on samsung website or any samsung apps.
My s24 ultra was stolen by someone who was able to grab it either before the screen timed out and locked or they knew the lock code. However I was told it's not possible to track it with the imei which i know is not true. they just won't allow it ! in fact I had a book typed to reply but had to delete it because it wasnt allowed either. I'm sorry about your phone I feel ya! it's very frustrating . mine is still showing on my registered devices I have every single bit of proof it is mine and the receipt from when I bought it but it's invasion of privacy for them to tell me where it is.
