Hello all. So I am stuck with a new issue with this app. On background: I have had a repeated sluggishness issue with this app, for a long time. I have tried a whole list of things, & nothing. So I cleared both the cache & data, uninstalled & reinstalled it, twice, & now I have a new problem: my folders are coming up empty, & I only have a small amount of new emails. All updates are done, I've restarted the phone {S24}, checked all settings, & my login info is correct. I just have nothing more to do or check. Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this, please? I do like this app, in spite of not being able to really customize it, just for instance. Thank you!

Galaxy S24check your email sync settings
Open the Email app
Tap the 3 lines in the top left
Click the gear icon
tap on your email address
and check the sync settings
I have my Email Sync Schedule set to - Auto
and Email sync Period set to - all time
