Data not working after One UI 7 update

Is anyone else having issues with data dependant apps not working after this recent OS update? I have tried troubleshooting with Samsung for hours with no luck. They have destroyed the functionality of my phone as none of my apps work without being connected to wi-fi.

No problems here.

Typical troubleshooting tips -

Reboot phone.
Clear cache partition.
Reset network settings.

See if you carrier has a cellular reset on their website for your phone. AT&T does and I've had to use it a couple of times over the years.

Already done that all and nothing made a difference.

I'm having this problem too. My phone won't go into the maintenance mode so I can clear the cache either, it just won't boot up into it. 😕 What's the use of a mobile phone if you can't use it while you're out and away from WiFi?!! 🙄 Any help will be appreciated.
