Hi!
I am frequently having very slow connection to the Internet when using data instead of Wi-Fi. Sometimes wifi also. Visible, my carrier is blaming it on the phone. Which is s24. Has anyone else had issues like this?
Thanks!

Connection issues are carrier matters

Mobile data connectivity is usually a carrier (as opposed to device) issue. You could try resetting mobile network settings under settings > general management > reset.

WiFi issues would be related to the wireless network you're on and/or the ISP. If it's your home WiFi, try rebooting your router.

Be sure you have enough wifi speed from your provider. To run your # of connections...

I find mobile data somewhat slow sometimes even when on a 5G tower - it mostly depends on what kind of content I am trying to view when on mobile data.  Text pages and maps are fine.  Web pages with heavy graphics and advertising are slower.  As with wi-fi, speed depends on data traffic off a particular cell repeater.  Are you always on a 5G network?  I also have found that data slows down considerably when the phone is "confused".  If you have wi-fi on, but are in the vicinity of a wi-fi network that you don't connect to, the phone can't figure out whether to try to use the wi-fi or the mobile data (yes, even with intelligent wi-fi on). My solution is usually just to turn the wi-fi off when that happens.  Speeds right up.
