Galaxy S24
I found this. Hopefully, it will help.
If your Samsung Watch is displaying a zero before the hour in a 12-hour format (e.g., "09:30" instead of "9:30"), it's likely a setting issue rather than a bug. Here's how to fix it:
1. Check the 24-hour format setting:
On your phone (with the Galaxy Wearable app):
Go to the app, then "My watch" > "Time format" > toggle off "Use 24-hour format".
On your watch (if the phone setting doesn't work):
Navigate to Settings > General > Date and time. If "Automatic date and time" is on, turn it off, then back on to force a refresh.
2. Verify the watch face:
Some watch faces might not automatically suppress leading zeros in the 12-hour format. You might need to choose a different watch face that displays the time without the leading zero.
3. Restart/Reset the watch:
Restart: Press and hold the Power key, then select "Restart" or "Power off".Reset: If restarting doesn't work, you can perform a factory reset. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset.
4. Ensure proper phone connection:
Make sure your phone and watch are connected through Bluetooth, and the Galaxy Wearable app is open and connected.
5. Check for updates:
Ensure your watch and the Galaxy Wearable app are up to date with the latest software.
