Can't switch between front and rear camera while recording

This is crazy. How can my 5 yr old S10 swirch between front and rear camera while recording but my s24 plus can't? Samsung fix this. And my S10 front video camera is loads better than my s24 plus front video camera. Samsung what's up? Am I going to have to switch to Apple?

My S22 ultra does it and infuriating to start recording  something only to find out it switched to the front facing camera some how.🤬🤬🤬🤬
