Galaxy S24Trying to add SoFi to the Samsung Wallet and constantly getting this error:
Samsung Wallet only supports SMS-based two factor authentication verification. Please update your account verification method and try again later.
My Samsung Wallet doesn't have SMS authentication option, only Fingerprint Or PIN.
My Samsung account has SMS verification enabled.
Anyone can help me to resolve the issue?

So, what it sounds like to me is that your SoFi account has 2FA turned on, but Samsung Wallet can only verify via SMS.
If that is correct, then you should temporarily disable the 2FA on your SoFi account to sign in.
Samsung Wallet is baked into the One UI, so it should be using your Samsung SMS system, so turning off 2FA on the SoFi should switch it over to SMS authentication and allow you to verify the account. Maybe? I'm not 100% on this.
I had a similar situation with my accounting software when my bank switched to 2FA.

yes, the solution is to open security settings of SoFi account whru web and disable all other two-way authorization methods
